01. RESERVATIONS & DEPOSITS

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation. Your booking is confirmed once your deposit has been received and acknowledged by our team
04. WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

Airfare, alcoholic beverages, gratuities, personal expenses, and dirt bike riding gear rental are not included in our standard tour packages unless otherwise specified.
02. FINAL PAYMENT

05. PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payments through Zelle, bank wire transfer, cash, and credit card. Credit card payments are subject to a 6% processing fee.
03. PRICING & ACCOMMODATIONS

​Tour prices are based on double occupancy unless otherwise specified. Private rooms, additional nights, extra activities, and special requests can be arranged at an additional cost. We carefully select comfortable hotels, most of them beachfront, to make your Baja experience even better.
06. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

​The 30% reservation deposit is non-refundable. Any cancellation or date change requests must be communicated directly to Captain Baja. Additional refund or rescheduling eligibility will depend on the applicable booking conditions and availability.

10. ITINERARY CHANGES

Baja is an adventure and sometimes plans change! Routes, destinations, accommodations, and activities may be adjusted due to weather, trail conditions, safety concerns, or unexpected circumstances. Our team will always do its best to provide an amazing experience.
08. VEHICLE DAMAGE
Guests are responsible for damage to motorcycles, Side by Sides, or other provided equipment caused by negligence, misuse, or failure to follow safety instructions, as detailed in the equipment agreement.
11. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

​International travelers are responsible for carrying valid passports and any other documents required to enter Mexico. Please verify all entry requirements before traveling.
09. RIDER & DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

All drivers must have a valid driver's license. Dirt bike riders must be at least 15 years old and have previous off-road riding experience appropriate for their selected tour. Side by Side drivers must meet the minimum age and driving requirements communicated during booking.
